Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. As per our Policy of Returns you have to return the product within 2 days. The item should not appear as been used or partially used. We will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. On receving the product at our end post your return request , the product will be analysed for any damage and will be checked for any partial usage. The label and package sticker should be intact. Upon successful analysis, the refund will be initiated in 4 Working Days from our end and ideally , the same should hit at customer's end in the subsquent 2-3 business Days
